About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage store performance by focusing on KPIs to maximize sales.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in retail management.
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role or related position.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
