About the Role

We are seeking an Identity Proofing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for performing in-person document proofing for our clients in the aerospace sector. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to validate identities through various documentation processes. You will work closely with users to ensure secure information sharing and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-person document proofing for identity verification.
• Review and validate documents such as ID cards, passports, and driver’s licenses.
• Coordinate with users to schedule proofing sessions within a 4-day window.
• Utilize our custom online platform to manage applicant details and documentation.
• Complete necessary forms during the proofing process and fax them back to our clients.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and users.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for proofing assignments.
• Basic understanding of document verification processes.
