About the Role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Tangoe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Delivery Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in managing customer telecom invoices and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor client invoices to ensure all expected invoices are received and loaded into Tangoe’s expense management tools.
  • Allocate client charges to appropriate cost centers and General Ledger (GL) codes based on client rules.
  • Resolve any invoicing or billing issues with telecom carriers.
  • Maintain and reconcile telecom inventory.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce clear processes and procedures.
  • Produce and deliver financial reports such as APGLs and invoice files, supporting customers by answering questions and correcting issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for the build, quality assurance, and implementation of custom reports.
  • Understand and speak to trends in mobile monthly invoice data and custom reporting when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong quantitative abilities with experience in database management, data gathering, and analysis.
  • Proficient with business applications and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SQL and Business Objects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications is a plus.
  • Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of invoicing/payment processing.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work/adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage workload, be accountable, and deliver results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with telecom expense management software.
  • Certifications related to project management or customer service.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools.
