Service Advisor - Automotive Customer Experience
About the Role
Join our team as a Service Advisor - where customer service drives success! As a Service Advisor remote, you'll be the face of our service department and a trusted guide for our customers throughout their service visit. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with energy and professionalism in the service drive.
- Actively listen to concerns and translate them into clear repair orders.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and Ford guidelines.
- Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and costs.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Review completed work with customers in a clear, confidence-building way.
- Deliver an exceptional experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Support warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer service campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong people skills - you enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge or a desire to learn Ford systems.
- Computer proficiency (CDK experience is a plus).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
