About the Role

We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to join our dynamic team at GT. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to enhance our employer brand and engage with our internal and external stakeholders effectively. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's image and ensuring that our brand resonates with potential candidates and current employees alike.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary liaison with our external marketing agency, coordinating content plans and generating innovative ideas.
  • Support business development by creating compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks and case studies.
  • Maintain a consistent employer brand that aligns with company values across various platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Write and edit engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and team announcements to promote our company culture.
  • Manage internal engagement initiatives and organize online/offline events to foster team spirit and celebrate milestones.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a proficiency level of B2 or higher in English.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and collaborating with external vendors.
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Figma and familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with colleagues across departments.
