What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison with our external marketing agency, coordinating content plans and generating innovative ideas.
- Support business development by creating compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks and case studies.
- Maintain a consistent employer brand that aligns with company values across various platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Write and edit engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and team announcements to promote our company culture.
- Manage internal engagement initiatives and organize online/offline events to foster team spirit and celebrate milestones.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong copywriting skills with a proficiency level of B2 or higher in English.
- Experience managing social media accounts and collaborating with external vendors.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Figma and familiarity with CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with colleagues across departments.
