What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance.
- Help clients maximize the value of the WeTravel platform through proactive engagement and education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client success.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level or above) and English.
- Legally authorized to work in Spain.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics.
