What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance.
• Help clients maximize the value of the WeTravel platform through proactive engagement and education.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client success.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C2 level or above) and English.
• Legally authorized to work in Spain.
• Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel industry.
