About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Technical Manager to join our team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. This remote SEO Technical Manager position will allow you to leverage your expertise in technical SEO to drive cutting-edge optimizations across our product ecosystem, focusing on AI-powered SEO strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the technical SEO strategy across all digital properties, implementing AI-optimized crawling, indexation, and generative search best practices.
  • Advise on site architecture, crawlability, indexation, speed, and Core Web Vitals, ensuring data-driven site health improvements.
  • Embed SEO and AI strategies into development, product, and engineering decisions, influencing everything from code deployments to product launches.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and log data to forecast growth, identify trends, and prioritize fixes for Core Web Vitals.
  • Lead CMS migrations and upgrades, conducting AI audits to ensure SEO continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Refine technical SEO frameworks, including geo-targeting, hreflang implementation, multilingual AI content, and cross-market tracking.
  • Perform log analysis and execute Python/SQL queries to gain insights into crawl behavior.
  • Track and mentor on SEO and AI trends, including language models, voice search, multimodal content, and E-E-A-T principles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in international SEO, with a focus on multiple region and language targeting.
  • Expertise in Core Web Vitals, Schema/LLM-optimized structured data, and scalable architecture.
  • Hands-on fluency in JavaScript frameworks, server-side rendering, and debugging SEO issues.
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console APIs, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs AI, log analyzers, and Python/BigQuery for SEO insights.
  • Proven track record in managing CMS migrations and large-scale website transitions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry is a strong plus.

  • Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior SEO professionals.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
