SEO Specialist - Remote Digital Marketing Role

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist remote to join our growing digital agency, DataPlux. If you’re passionate about improving rankings, driving traffic, and delivering measurable results, we’d love to hear from you. As an SEO Specialist remote, you’ll be responsible for executing SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to deliver strong performance outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize website content and on-page SEO elements to enhance visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site performance.
• Build and manage quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Prepare simple, clear monthly reports for clients to showcase results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web development.
• Experience in local SEO strategies.
