About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Web Developer (WordPress & Shopify remote) to join our dynamic team at UNTMD Marketing. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress and Shopify websites for our fast-growing SaaS, tech, and e-commerce clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to data-driven marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify websites to meet client specifications.
  • Implement and maintain tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4 for accurate data collection.
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience (UX) to maximize conversions.
  • Integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs to enhance website functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid, reliable solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in WordPress and Shopify development.
  • Proven expertise in setting up and managing Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and ad platform tracking.
  • Strong front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
  • Experience with Shopify apps, custom themes, and API integrations.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix tracking and conversion issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Zapier, and other automation tools.
  • Knowledge of headless CMS, React, or custom Shopify app development.
  • Understanding of GDPR & CCPA compliance for tracking.
