Senior Web Developer - Full Stack Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer remote to join our Technology & Operations team at AgileGrid Solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that support our core business operations. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services aligned with business and operational goals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to maintain consistency in design and user experience.
• Document product features, project details, and technical specifications for ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development to bring innovative solutions to the company.
• Liaise with yard staff, operations, and accounts teams to ensure seamless integration of web applications into existing workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in depot system rollouts and work closely with onsite teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new systems.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server environments like Apache or Nginx.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and/or Arabic is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with OCR frameworks, system testing, and automated testing.
