About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Visual Communications Designer to join our dynamic team at Miro. This Senior Visual Communications Designer role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading the design for our flagship event, Canvas 26, across four major cities: San Francisco, London, Tokyo, and Sydney. You'll have the chance to create compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences globally.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Canvas 26 keynote presentation from concept to execution, adapting content as it evolves.
  • Design and deliver executive presentations, board decks, all-hands meetings, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine presentations in real-time.
  • Transform complex product narratives and strategies into clear, engaging visual stories.
  • Build and maintain a presentation system that ensures consistency across all business communications.
  • Push the boundaries of design through typography, layout, data visualization, and animation.
  • Ensure your work is seen by thousands, making a significant impact on our global audience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in presentation design, particularly with C-suite or senior leadership stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in keynotes, executive decks, and data visualization.
  • Expert-level skills in Keynote, including animations and transitions.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A strong creative point of view and the confidence to advocate for it.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
