Senior UX Writer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

TicketSwap is on a mission to become the world’s favorite marketplace to safely buy and sell tickets. We are looking for a Senior UX Writer to join our team remotely. As a Senior UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we communicate with our fans across our platform. You will collaborate with various teams to create engaging and user-friendly content that resonates with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Design content for web and mobile, including microcopy, interaction flows, error messages, notifications, and in-product messaging.
• Collaborate closely with UX Writers, Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and our UX Researcher to shape strategy and UX concepts from ideation to delivery.
• Manage localization into 17 languages, ensuring quality assurance of all content designs.
• Document and share processes, workflows, and content strategy decisions for clear communication across teams.
• Present your work at design critiques to actively give and receive feedback with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the UX Writing team’s roadmap, including content guidelines and integrating AI for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UX writing and localization management.
• A portfolio showcasing your UX writing and content design skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Lokalise, and ChatGPT.
• Native (or C1) English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the events scene or a passion for live events.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
