What You'll Do

  • Lead hands-on product design for complex initiatives, transforming technical workflows into intuitive experiences.
  • Manage a small team of UX designers, providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility across products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive operational excellence by managing designer workload and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Champion research rigor and simplify workflows to enhance product usability.
  • Support the development of reusable patterns and frameworks that promote scalability.
  • Engage in strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to align on product direction and goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • 1-3 years of formal people management experience, leading design teams.
  • Experience in designing B2B or developer-facing products.
  • Proficient in Figma and familiar with research tools like Dovetail and Fullstory.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
  • Ability to articulate design trade-offs and rationale clearly.
  • Proven track record of operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a player-coach mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in scaling component-based design systems.
  • Familiarity with Jira-driven engineering environments.
  • Understanding of data-heavy interfaces and workflow optimization.
