Creative Graphic Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing BAHR's visual identity, ensuring that all communications are professional, consistent, and modern.

What You'll Do

• Brand Development: Ensure templates, documents, reports, and marketing materials adhere to the firm's visual profile while contributing to the evolution of BAHR's brand across digital and print platforms.
• Digital Profiling: Design and publish content for social media, websites, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Visual Representation: Create infographics, timelines, and diagrams that simplify complex legal presentations in professional brochures, industry reports, and newsletters.
• Presentations: Assist in creating advanced PowerPoint presentations for project execution, court cases, client meetings, and seminars.
• Print Materials: Design professional brochures, reports, industry studies, invitations, and coordinate assistance from subcontractors while managing print orders and production follow-ups.

Requirements

• A higher education degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting firms, graphic agencies, advertising agencies, or in-house design/marketing departments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
• A strong eye for typography, composition, and color usage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience with After Effects/Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with WordPress.
• Good understanding of print production and supplier communication.
• Experience in photo and video editing.
