Regional Supervisor - Remote Safety Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Regional Supervisor to join MSA Safety in a remote capacity. This role is perfect for individuals driven to make a difference in the safety industry. As a Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising technicians and ensuring the successful delivery of safety solutions. Your efforts will help protect people and assets globally.

What You'll Do

• Supervise one or more technicians in a remote working environment.
• Plan, organize, and carry out installations of safety equipment for individuals working at height.
• Mentor the installation team on larger and more technical projects.
• Conduct lone worker installations and collaborate with the remedial division for larger repairs.
• Deliver end-user training courses on site-based safety equipment.
• Utilize computer-based systems (e.g., SAP, JIRA, Microsoft Office) to manage projects and drive revenue.
• Travel extensively, including overnight stays, as required for project execution.

Requirements

• Clean driver’s license.
• Ability to clear DBS/CRB/Scottish Disclosure.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Previous experience in a mobile, site-based role preferred.
• Good understanding of English and Maths for basic administrative tasks.
• IPAF and PASMA training (can be attained during employment).
• SSSTS Certification preferred (can be attained during employment).

Nice to Have

• Experience in safety equipment installation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
