About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer - Remote to join Newfire Global Partners, a leading technology firm dedicated to creating transformative software solutions for innovative companies worldwide. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead design efforts for complex healthcare applications, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to create user-centered solutions that enhance patient care quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead design for enterprise healthcare applications, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Prototype various design concepts to communicate ideas effectively.
• Maintain design systems for consistency across applications.
• Navigate healthcare compliance and regulatory constraints to ensure designs meet necessary standards.
• Build relationships with product managers and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Present design concepts to client leadership, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design tools to enhance design processes.
• Contribute to team methods and standards to improve overall design practices.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of UX design experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise software design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in remote-first collaboration.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
• Resilience in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing project needs.
