About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Juniper Square. This remote position allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce while working from anywhere in the United States. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our hiring efforts, focusing on engineering, product, and IT roles while also supporting key business functions as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute tailored, AI-assisted sourcing strategies for each search, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Utilize data analytics to refine sourcing effectiveness, tracking metrics such as conversion rates and time-to-fill.
• Build and maintain proactive talent mapping pipelines before requisitions open, ensuring a steady flow of potential candidates.
• Leverage AI tools to automate sourcing and screening tasks, allowing for more focus on high-judgment work.
• Serve as a credible business partner to engineering and product leadership, providing market intelligence and insights.
• Own the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.
• Continuously audit workflows for inefficiencies and implement AI-assisted solutions to streamline processes.
• Navigate challenges with candidates and hiring teams using a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical and product roles.
• Proven success in engaging and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Fluency with AI-enabled sourcing tools and workflows.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility across functional areas.
• Experience scaling teams in a high-growth tech environment.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms like Ashby.
