About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at RevenueCat, you’ll play a vital role in building a remote-first winning team that powers our mission to help developers make more money. This Senior Technical Recruiter position requires managing full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company, from engineering to finance to marketing. You’ll utilize tools like Ashby, Notion, and Slack to run streamlined and effective hiring processes, focusing on shipping quickly while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience. What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs and role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and close exceptional candidates who embody our core values.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and challenge bias during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous setup.
  • Proven ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • In-house recruiting experience at an engineering-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with Ashby and interview automation workflows.
  • Experience hiring across global markets.
