About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to architect and deploy cutting-edge solutions that facilitate digital transformation for our clients. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that development processes are meticulously documented and executed with exceptional quality. Your ability to communicate and work effectively with everyone, including top management, will drive successful project outcomes and foster innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect and design complex solutions tailored to client needs.
• Create written deliverables for project documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Facilitate client demos and working sessions to showcase project progress.
• Conduct integration design sessions to ensure seamless functionality.
• Facilitate client workshops as a process expert to drive understanding and engagement.
• Act as an escalation point for project teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Influence team members and stakeholders on new concepts and best practices.
• Maintain and obtain relevant certifications to stay updated in the field.
• Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales cycle to support business development.

Requirements

• Expert in ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred).
• Significant experience in at least two process areas within ServiceNow.
• Strong development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Recognized expertise in relevant technical areas.
• Ability to articulate architectural trade-offs to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong integration skills with third-party tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex ideas simply.
• High attention to detail and project awareness to ensure quality delivery.
• Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges.
• Willing to travel at least 25% for client engagements.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Previous experience in a consulting role.
