What You'll Do

• Own the financial reporting product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define subledger patterns and translate accounting policy into product specifications.
• Lead the matching and reconciliation strategy, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Manage data lineage, quality metrics, SLAs, monitoring, and remediation flows.
• Run product discovery sessions, prioritize features, and manage cross-functional programs to drive product success.
• Drive governance and change management initiatives to enhance product performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, particularly in financial reporting or related fields.
• Practical accounting experience is required to effectively manage financial systems.
• Strong technical fluency in data models, ETL/DBT, SQL, and API design.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work East Coast hours to collaborate with team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
