About the Role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager - Remote to join Tether Operations Limited, a leader in the digital finance revolution. In this role, you will oversee and manage the preparation and negotiation of various commercial agreements that support our diverse business lines in the fintech space. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our contracts align with our innovative solutions and commitment to transparency and security.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee direct reports negotiating commercial agreements.
• Act as an escalation point for direct reports and business line clients.
• Oversee the legal engagement processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Implement process efficiencies to streamline contract management.
• Identify and mitigate or escalate legal risks associated with contracts.
• Liaise between stakeholder groups and business lines for commercial agreements.
• Ensure all contracts are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law is required.
• 5 years of experience in contract negotiation or management.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools like Monday.com and Jotform.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bonus points for being qualified to practice law.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with crypto assets is a plus.
