What You'll Do

• Coordinate activities and resources related to specific jobs.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and timelines.
• Manage orders, invoices, and accounts receivables.
• Prepare project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor job progress and communicate status updates.
• Utilize project management tools for tracking.
• Issue legal paperwork for specific jobs.
• Follow up with customers for satisfaction and improvement.
• Enter orders in the accounting system.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
