What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in staffing services.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to maintain engagement.
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings for leadership to foster relationships.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM for effective tracking.
• Source and contact candidates for open staffing roles to meet client needs.
• Assist with organizing and preparing RFP responses to secure contracts.
• Conduct service quality survey calls to gather feedback.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to streamline processes.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in customer support.
• Strong communication and phone skills to engage with clients.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
• Ability to work from 8 AM – 5 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
• Strong English communication skills for effective interaction.
