Senior System Administrator - Loan Origination System (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our team remotely, focusing on the Loan Origination System (NewGen). This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in banking systems and a passion for IT and Network Engineering. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the NewGen application, ensuring smooth operations across various business lines.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support for the NewGen Loan Origination System, addressing minor and major incidents.
• Communicate effectively across business lines, facilitating enhancements and software releases.
• Manage change processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Integrate and support applications utilizing APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage long-term projects and operational demands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting loan origination systems within the banking industry.
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Operations and/or Consumer Credit.
• Experience with API integration and support, including testing.
• Familiarity with the NewGen application is a significant plus.
• Intermediate and Advanced certifications (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administration, CompTIA Security +) preferred.

Nice to Have

• Project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
