What You'll Do

• Work closely with operational leaders, analysts, and technology partners to identify, analyze, and improve processes within the Insurance Claims function.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes using data and stakeholder input.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements and automation solutions.
• Assist with the rollout of new tools and systems across the wider team.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and measure the impact of improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and track progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure changes are practical and well-adopted.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A logical, analytical mindset with an interest in process efficiency.
• Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in coding in C# is highly desirable.
• Studying a computer science related degree is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
