Senior Supply Analytics Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Analytics Manager to join our team at Agoda, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely while leading strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. As a Senior Supply Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing Agoda's supply ecosystem through data-driven insights and decision support.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Supply Analytics team to deliver data-driven insights that optimize Agoda’s supply ecosystem.
• Manage and standardize business cases for product development and strategic prioritization.
• Define success metrics and validate experiments to foster an experimental mindset across teams.
• Provide macro-led business intelligence to prevent missed opportunities and drive commercial behaviors.
• Conduct quantitative analysis and present business metrics to identify drivers and enhance communication frameworks.
• Drive inter- and intra-departmental efficiencies and optimize processes.
• Build dashboards and reports to enable team members to monitor performance effectively.
• Mentor and lead a small team of analytics experts, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in analytics, data science, or strategy.
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics or operational teams.
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong program/project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, economics).
• Experience negotiating with C-level executives and leading strategy consulting projects.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in statistics, economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
• Background in the travel industry, e-commerce, or consulting.
