About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior/Staff Product Designer to join our high-growth FinTech scale-up. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer remote who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and visual quality. As a founding designer, you will work closely with a Product Manager and leadership to build a brand new product for the KSA market from scratch.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a key thought partner in the design process, collaborating directly with leadership.
  • Utilize your expertise in data-heavy design to craft complex user journeys that enhance user engagement.
  • Deliver polished, world-class products that reflect a high bar for visual craft and interface design.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate work cadences and improve design efficiency.
  • Prototype innovative solutions that address user needs and business goals.
  • Work independently in a flat, hands-on environment, demonstrating high agency and initiative.
  • Optimize designs to hook and retain users, contributing to the growth mindset of the team.
  • Available to start within 45 days, ready to make an impact.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with companies through Series B to E or post IPO.
  • Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1.
  • Expertise in data-heavy design and complex user journeys.
  • High standards for visual craft and interface design.
  • Fluency in AI tools and their application in design processes.
  • Prototyping skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a flat, hands-on environment.
  • Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for the KSA market focus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech or B2C sectors is optional but beneficial.
