About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Systems Administrator - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our software systems to ensure seamless operations and support for our healthcare billing processes. As a Senior Software Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the administration of software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and automation solutions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and provide end-user support for software applications.
• Lead data migration projects and ensure accurate data management across systems.
• Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, security compliance, and IT systems administration.
• Experience with VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing processes and revenue cycle management is a plus.
