Senior Software Engineer - Blockchain & Distributed Systems (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Blockchain and Distributed Systems to join our innovative team. This role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building the core solver network, which is responsible for pricing, routing, and executing transactions in a highly competitive, real-time environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and build solver systems that compete to execute transactions across blockchain networks.
• Develop execution strategies, pricing logic, and quote aggregation systems.
• Optimize low-latency, high-performance services handling real-time workloads.
• Build resilient, scalable infrastructure across multiple chains and liquidity sources.
• Collaborate closely with protocol and research teams to evolve system architecture.

Requirements

• Strong backend or systems engineering experience with languages such as Go, Rust, C++, or Java.
• Experience building low-latency or high-throughput systems, particularly in trading or distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Exposure to crypto, DeFi, or financial systems is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MEV, DEXs, or on-chain execution systems.
• Background in trading systems, pricing engines, or auction-based environments.
• Familiarity with cross-chain architectures and liquidity aggregation.
