Senior Software Engineer - AI Innovations

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Linea AI team. This Senior Software Engineer remote position focuses on high-impact innovation projects, where you will work on cutting-edge technology and ideas, bringing AI prototypes to production.

What You'll Do

• Design and optimize a large-scale, highly scalable, and fault-tolerant system that handles large graph datasets at enterprise scale in real-time.
• Work with instances of our product processing billions of events from tens of thousands of endpoints with subsecond latency requirements.
• Address real-world scaling problems that require thorough performance analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Utilize a modern microservices-based software stack, including Go, Kubernetes, Docker, and Redis.
• Write secure-by-design software that withstands real-world attacks while processing untrusted data.
• Operationalize AI prototypes to production, ensuring they meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development, with a strong track record in building full-stack applications used at scale.
• Proficiency in Go and Python, with production experience in large-scale foundational models and transformer-based architecture (GenAI).
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving challenging real-world problems with breakthrough technology.
• Preferred candidates located in Central or Eastern time zones.
