What You'll Do

• Design, architect, and deliver scalable AI-enabled software solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers across different time zones to understand requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers across the team.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks, including generative AI and large language models.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures using AWS or GCP services to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements, set technical direction, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Continuously monitor industry trends in AI productivity and quickly translate innovations into actionable solutions for employees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in building APIs, backend development, and DevOps.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating AI/ML technologies and services (e.g., LLMs, natural language processing, machine learning APIs).
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and security best practices.
