Senior ServiceNow Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT service management capabilities and ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in ServiceNow development and a Public Trust Clearance from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow applications.
• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript and REST APIs to create custom applications and integrations.
• Lead technical mentoring sessions to enhance team capabilities in ServiceNow development.
• Participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM and ITAM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Experience with JavaScript, PHP, and data integration techniques.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pega and application development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Public Trust Clearance or similar security clearance.
