Senior Service Account Manager - Technical B2B Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Service Account Manager to join our team at Lan Handling Technologies. This remote role will see you as the strategic link between our clients and our technical organization, ensuring that our international clients receive the highest level of service and support.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing international clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored technical and commercial service solutions.
- Manage the service portfolio for your clients, including spare parts, remote support, maintenance contracts, and complex upgrades.
- Travel approximately 50% of your time across Europe to meet with clients, present strategic service contracts, and negotiate significant machine modifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and specialists to mobilize resources quickly to address client inquiries and challenges.
- Proactively provide valuable input for new service concepts, helping to expand our service portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, commercial, or business administration field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical and international B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Strong technical-commercial acumen, with experience in high-level technical calculations, advice, and negotiations.
- Proactive, independent, decisive, and capable of leading and connecting internal and external teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally for 50% of your time, primarily within Europe.
- Fluency in English and German, with French as a plus.
