What You'll Do
- Manage existing client loan and deposit relationships with consistent communication and active monitoring of credit risk.
- Expand your portfolio through business development and marketing efforts, educating clients on our products and services.
- Prepare thorough written and oral credit presentations, analyzing financial information and assessing credit risk.
- Lead a team of direct reports, ensuring productivity and quality while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
- Provide oversight and direction in accordance with organizational policies, promoting teamwork and conflict resolution.
- Engage with the local community and support bank staff in business activities.
- Maintain transparent communication through meetings and interpersonal interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the bank's mission and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in commercial and/or real estate lending.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of accounting principles and banking operations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to project a professional image.
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with individuals and groups at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
