Innovation Strategy Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an Innovation Strategy Consultant - Remote to join Lux Research, a leading firm dedicated to human-centric innovation. In this role, you will provide high-impact advice on emerging technologies, markets, and industry trends to Fortune 1000 companies. You will work with some of the world's largest brands, including McDonald's, Shell, and Honda, delivering actionable insights that address critical questions about sustainability and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and design projects for technology landscapes and innovation roadmaps.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while managing them autonomously.
• Conduct primary and secondary research with industry leaders to gather insights.
• Mentor and supervise internal team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with clients and lead project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop a network with business and scientific leaders to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive project success.
• Travel globally up to 20-30% of the time to meet clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of consulting or project management experience.
• Experience advising senior executives on strategic decisions.
• Fluent in oral and written English communication.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
