About the Role

We are seeking a Consultant Relations Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Sparrow. This role is pivotal in enhancing our partner relationships and executing go-to-market strategies. As a Consultant Relations Manager - Remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming the employee leave management landscape, making it easier for companies to support their employees during critical times.

What You'll Do

• Execute and operationalize partner enablement and go-to-market programs.
• Deliver partner-facing resources, training, and sales tools to enhance partner engagement.
• Generate pipeline for Account Executives and support in pitches, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Capture and synthesize partner insights for product improvements, helping us refine our offerings.
• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Serve as a Sparrow ambassador within the partner ecosystem, promoting our mission and values.
• Utilize your 3-5+ years of experience with employee benefits brokers to drive success.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience working with employee benefits brokers.
• Strong working knowledge of the employee benefits ecosystem.
• Proven track record of developing strong referral partners.
• Ability to balance hands-on partner engagement while managing multiple relationships.
• Data-informed and detail-oriented with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
