About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at OKX, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring that our design efforts resonate with our audience. As a Senior Brand Designer, you'll be responsible for producing world-class creative designs that elevate the OKX brand across various digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute creative materials from briefing through to production, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Take ownership of high-priority projects, executing senior designer level work that aligns with our brand strategy.
• Ensure design consistency across various deliverables, maintaining the integrity of the OKX brand.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align strategies and streamline production processes for efficient delivery of creative assets.
• Maintain an omni-channel approach within the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Foster a positive and innovative team culture, supporting team development and mentorship.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and creativity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience focused on strategic email and social design.
• Experience as a design generalist across various creative fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and design skills.
• Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with email platforms and a basic understanding of email HTML.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for branding, animation, and design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
