Outreach Coordinator - Business and Mental Health Referral Development - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Coordinator to join Rivia Mind, a dedicated mental healthcare provider focused on delivering high-quality psychiatric services. This Outreach Coordinator - Remote role is essential for developing new referral relationships and supporting existing ones to improve access to mental health care resources.

What You'll Do

• Develop new referral relationships with colleges, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Support existing referral relationships to enhance volume and partner satisfaction.
• Conduct outreach through travel, meetings, and sales efforts.
• Utilize data insights to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and materials for outreach.
• Maintain records in Salesforce CRM to track referral growth.
• Provide feedback on outreach effectiveness and participate in team meetings.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in referral relationship development or sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Experience with cold calling and CRM management; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on data insights.
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset.
• Located within 25 miles of a major metropolis.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in mental health or healthcare-related outreach.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies in the healthcare sector.
