Senior Project Manager - Freelance Pharma Agency Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Freelance Pharma Agency Remote to join our dynamic team at Avalerehealth. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with agency account teams and functional departments to ensure all client work is delivered on time and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to manage effective workflows across various projects, making a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish effective project plans and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare and manage client MLR submissions to ensure compliance and quality.
• Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on schedule and within budget.
• Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings to align all stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to define program requirements and ensure clarity.
• Conduct formal internal review meetings to secure creative approvals and document risks.
• Ensure that issues and risks are properly escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct internal copy/layout reviews and ensure all assets are routed internally for feedback.

Requirements

• Four or more years of agency project management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven experience managing digital projects such as website builds and content updates.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of website development.
• Solid experience working on projects with data and analytics components.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of resourcing creative and technical teams is advantageous.
