About the Role

We are seeking a Collections Executive to join our team at YouLend, a rapidly growing FinTech company. This Collections Executive remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional financial solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage collections and recoveries, ensuring a customer contact strategy is effectively implemented.
• Provide first-class service in resolving non/under-paying merchant accounts.
• Handle case management for high-value accounts in arrears, addressing unique circumstances.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, crafting letters and emails with high accuracy and care.
• Build positive relationships with merchants to validate their circumstances and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Negotiate and implement solutions that consider both merchant circumstances and business interests.
• Utilize strong communication skills to navigate various challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Input data accurately across multiple systems to maintain up-to-date records.

Requirements

• Experience in collections and recoveries is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Experience in the finance industry is advantageous.
• Ability to handle data with attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability, organization, and adaptability are essential.
• Knowledge of insolvency is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (French, Spanish, German) are desirable.
