This Senior Project Finance Specialist - Remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, contributing to innovative commercial operations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of drug development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own the financial health of clinical trials from startup to closeout.
• Ensure accurate budget building and revenue recognition.
• Process invoicing and track collections effectively.
• Monitor and manage vendor fees related to trials.
• Oversee Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) management.
• Provide system support for site staff.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align financial and operational processes.
• Mentor junior staff and improve financial processes.
• Perform audits and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing clinical trials in a CTMS.
• Working knowledge of clinical research budgets and financial principles.
• Familiarity with invoicing, cash application, and accounts receivable.
• Experience in clinical systems and metrics.
• Knowledge of CTMS processes.
• 5+ years of research experience preferred.
• Customer-facing communication experience preferred.
