About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Catena Clearing. What You'll Do

• Design interfaces for dashboards, analytics views, and operational workflows while ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Maintain Catena's visual identity across all customer-facing materials.
• Help evolve the company's online communication through effective web design.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
• Work on data-heavy or developer-facing products, creating wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI.
• Utilize your strong visual taste and judgment to enhance the overall design quality.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment without established design systems, showcasing your creativity and flexibility.
• Engage in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product design or related fields.
• Strong foundation in product design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces and SaaS platforms or developer tools is a plus.
• Ability to cover brand and marketing design effectively.
• Natural collaboration skills with engineering teams to ensure design implementation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
