What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, contributing to financial accuracy.
• Assist with tax and statutory requirements related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to streamline operations.
• Prepare documentation and reports for audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Work in a dynamic finance environment, adapting to changing needs and challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Financial Accountant role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills considered a plus.
