Brave Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of mental health documentation, contributing significantly to the accessibility and effectiveness of mental health care. As a Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist, you will leverage technology to help eliminate barriers to mental health treatment, ensuring that care is accessible and affordable for all, particularly for those relying on Medicaid.

What You'll Do

• Review treatment plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and therapists to enhance documentation quality.
• Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews and corrective actions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality assurance goals.
• Utilize technology effectively and learn new systems to improve processes.
• Enjoy a flexible Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties.
• All necessary equipment will be provided for remote work.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active clinical licensure in New York (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience in behavioral health documentation is preferred.
