About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Project & Account Manager to join our innovative team at AppliedAI. As a Senior Project & Account Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that drive significant business impact for our customers in the AI technology sector. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with clients to unlock the full potential of our AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted adviser to clients, helping them realize the long-term value of our AI products.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Identify new engagement opportunities by understanding client business challenges.
• Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring all commitments are met.
• Maintain a sharp commercial focus, managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, leading resolution strategies.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build consensus and drive decision-making.
• Establish and lead executive governance that focuses on health metrics and strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• 4 – 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project P&L and negotiate scope changes effectively.
• Exceptional ability to influence at the C-suite and Director level.
• Experience delivering complex SaaS, AI, data, or automation projects.
• Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Background in Customer Success or Business Development.
• Experience in enterprise-scale workflow automation or digital transformation.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster).
