VP Product – Capital Markets - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Keyrock is seeking a VP Product – Capital Markets to join our innovative team and lead product initiatives in the rapidly evolving digital asset space. This remote VP Product – Capital Markets position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our capital markets and asset management services.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and harmonize product activities across our Linear, Derivatives, and Credit/Rates divisions, ensuring a unified "One-Firm" experience for institutional clients.
• Align the product roadmaps of the OTC, Market Making, and DeFi desks to enhance cross-desk orchestration.
• Partner with Risk and Quant teams to define the product logic for cross-asset margining, ensuring unified risk and collateral management.
• Manage the “IT Demand” process, focusing product and engineering resources on initiatives with the highest firm-wide ROI.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to decode market trends and client pain points, translating insights into a multi-year strategic roadmap.
• Design regulatory product features that ensure compliance with global crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC, etc.), embedding security and best practices into the trading workflow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly within Capital Markets or Institutional Digital Assets.
• Proven ability to communicate fluently with both traders and developers, understanding key concepts like alpha, Greeks, liquidity, APIs, and smart contracts.
• Deep understanding of DeFi and Web3 mechanics, including staking, AMMs, and MEV, and their intersection with traditional financial reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence high-performing Desk Heads toward a shared platform vision.
• Experience in moving organizations from fragmented, desk-specific IT systems to modular, unified architectures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where market rules are still being established.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within a high-volume trading environment.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems and the Rust programming language.
• Background in quantitative finance or a related field.
