Head of Talent - Remote Opportunity at Anima

About the Role

We're seeking a Head of Talent to join Anima in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we aim to scale our team with world-class talent while ensuring operational excellence. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering precision medicine to millions of patients, making this a high-impact opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across the organization.
• Scale up our Engineering and GTM recruiting processes globally, enhancing our employer branding.
• Set up and run a recruiting pipeline and onboarding process for all roles.
• Organize hiring events and build relationships with top-tier sales, customer success, and engineering communities.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and agency partners to understand needs and define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent and authentic candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Implement feedback mechanisms and data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment processes and enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Operations at a fast-moving startup.
• Direct experience managing end-to-end candidate journeys, from outreach and scheduling to feedback, offer stages, and references.
• Proven ability to implement or improve scalable hiring systems, including ATS hygiene.
• Data-driven mindset with experience owning or contributing to weekly hiring metrics.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders across functions.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to process automation tools like Zapier, Hubspot, or Notion workflows.
• Hands-on involvement in employer brand efforts, including careers page updates and LinkedIn content.
