What You'll Do

• Build and enhance the frontend of Kota’s fully integrated benefits platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to the architecture of the frontend codebase.
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in building responsive and accessible web applications.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with modern frontend tools and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.

Nice to Have
