Mid-Market Business Development Representative (German Speaking) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Mid-Market Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote team at Secfix. This role is crucial as we aim to automate security compliance across Europe. As a BDR, you will focus on the mid-market segment, working closely with our Go-To-Market team to develop strategies that will help us become the leader in compliance automation. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while contributing to a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Drive pipeline generation for mid-market accounts in the DACH region.
- Collaborate with the GTM Lead and Account Executives to execute a structured approach to winning new business.
- Utilize your expertise in B2B SaaS to identify and engage potential clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Leverage your knowledge of security compliance to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level proficiency in German is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development roles.
- Experience working with mid-market customers or in complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the security compliance industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 standards.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
