About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team at Saltz. This Junior Field Sales Executive remote position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with chefs and restaurant owners, introducing them to our innovative digital marketplace. You will play a vital role in transforming the culinary landscape by making high-quality ingredients accessible to chefs.

What You'll Do

• Engage with restaurants and kitchens, showcasing how Saltz simplifies their ordering process.
• Manage 10-15 client meetings weekly, ensuring follow-ups and maintaining relationships.
• Plan and organize your schedule to meet or exceed sales targets with guidance from your team.
• Demonstrate our application to chefs in their environments, highlighting its benefits.
• Utilize our CRM and other tools to track your progress and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in the gastronomy sector, whether as a kitchen manager, bar staff, or concierge.
• Sales internships or part-time customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to lead conversations, listen actively, and close deals confidently.
• Bonus: Fluency in additional languages, particularly Hungarian.
